A Tennessee-based actress believes she nearly fell prey to a serial foot-fetishist, who tried to dupe her into sending him tootsie pics by masquerading as a casting agent for a “barefoot” charity commercial. A message thread detailing the “creep” con artist’s alleged decade in pedi crime has intrigued nearly 40,000 users on Twitter who liked the story.

“I’m not responding to casting calls for like a week after this,” Bekah McNair, 22, tweeted about the ca-toe-strophe, which began after she responded to a Facebook ad for a $150-per-hour barefoot photo shoot, Kennedy News reported.

Admitting she was eager to get her feet wet, McNair responded to the opportunity on a Nashville actors Facebook group. Within an hour, she received a message from the sole searcher, who wrote, “Hi are you interested in auditioning?”

The purported casting director “Nathan” told the budding actress that the alleged campaign, dubbed “one day without shoes,” would be for a charity event whose proceeds go to “underprivileged kids,” per the screenshots McNair posted on Twitter. The incognito expert of extremities then told McNair to set aside a couple days in February for the shoot.

“I saw it as a modeling or acting opportunity for a really good cause,” she explained.

McNair began to suspect a game was afoot when Nathan requested additional test shots at the behest of his director, hoping to get her on the “shortlist” for the shoot. The sneaky fetishist also shared a pic of a blond model displaying her sweaty bare soles for the camera — for reference, one assumes.

“Once he sent me the picture I immediately knew what he was trying to do and I went ‘nope,’ ” said the aghast actress of the “sick” scam. “I knew my pictures would just be going into some random guy with a turtle profile picture’s wank bank.”

She added, “He was trying to dupe me into doing it without me realizing.”

When McNair accused Nathan of seeking a sole mate, the catfish doubled down on his alleged lie by sharing pics from the Toms shoe brand’s real “One Day Without Shoes” campaign from Google Images.

“It used to be run by Toms appeal,” the swindler insisted over Facebook. “Sorry if you thought this was a fetish thing.”

A Toms spokesman confirmed to Kennedy News that Nathan “has no connection to Toms and the brand hasn’t supported ‘One Day Without Shoes’ since 2016.” Meanwhile, Nathan has not responded to requests for comment.

McNair confessed how impressed she was by the hustler’s dedication to maintaining his scam-ouflage.

“I’ve never seen anyone be as creative to get fetish pictures before,” the model mused. “He was very persistent and the responses were almost immediately when I engaged with him. He sent the photo right away, so he had everything planned out.”

Nevertheless, McNair wasn’t satisfied with his apology. “What did he expect me to do after he apologized … to forgive him and tell him to have a nice day? I don’t like being gaslit by men in my real life, nevermind online,” she said.

McNair’s followers joined her in fuming about the apparent con.

“This is definitely fetish stuff,” wrote self-described “fetish photographer” Dave Riley on Twitter. “Like there’s nothing wrong with this kind of photography but why the hell would you try and trick people into it? Next step asking for page 3 style shots for breast cancer awareness month!”

One keyboard comedian joked, “Can’t believe you turned down an opportunity to work with Quentin Tarantino.”

Added another, “He’s trying to make the world a better place and all you can do is think ill of him, I am not mad I am just sad at how the world has twisted you in this way. BTW, do you have any pics in thigh-highs? It’s for raising awareness.”

Unfortunately, this may not be the first time so-called Nathan has tried catfishing for feet pics.

In response to McNair’s tawdry tale, one Twitter user posted a screenshot of a Facebook message from 2013, in which Nathan reportedly requested tootsie shots for the same campaign, and captioned with the comment: “He is committed to the cause.”

Scandalized McNair concluded, “It is disappointing that this is the reality women face when they put themselves out there.

“It’s a shame we have to put up with this.”
