An influencer who is regularly sent adoring notes from her fans was left stunned after one person sent her a homemade sex toy.

Mikaela Testa – best known for being an OnlyFans star – confirmed her break-up from long-term partner Atis Paul in June after rumors circulated online they’d gone their separate ways.

In the aftermath of their separation, the 22-year-old has been traveling overseas and is currently in the United States after spending time in Europe and a brief stint home in Australia.

In a TikTok clip, Mikaela revealed her little sister has helped her out by looking after her home and going through her packages.

“I just woke up from a nap to my little sister, and I’m so embarrassed, my little sister is looking after my house right now and she went to my PO box,” Mikaela explained.

“She opened up everything, you guys send me the cutest stuff, things I can hang on my wall and notes.”

But Mikaela revealed she got something incredibly unusual as a gift – a homemade sex toy, which was a plastering of male genitalia.

“That is so personal, I’m in shock – my little sister!” she said.

“The guy was low-key packing. Oh my God, you guys make me blush. What the f–k.

“Don’t be doing that – I’m probably gonna use it though.”

Mikaela ended the clip by giggling at her final comment about potentially using the “gift”.

The young woman’s followers were stunned at what she had been sent.

“These men are like ‘Mikaela Testa’s single? Hold my f—king beer. I’ve got some pottery to do’,” one person commented on the video.

Another added: “Lmao my brother joked about doing this for you I really hope that isn’t the case.”

However, some apologized that Mikaela was sent such a gift, with others warning her against using it.

Testa says she earns $160,000 a month selling explicit photos, revealing in 2020 she spent $1.4 million that year funding her lavish lifestyle.

She is well known for flaunting her adventures on TikTok, sharing everything from a day-in-the-life, food hauls and positive affirmations for young women not to let themselves be held back.

Mikaela is currently holidaying throughout the United States, visiting Disneyland and being pictured with a tarantula crawling over herself.
