The Wand of Frosting is a craftable item but it is not too difficult to create partly because it is an early game item. To craft it, you will need a few items. These are craftable items you can make by combining a standard torch with a regular Ice block (pink, purple, or red). As soon as you have all the components in place, simply combine them by hand to create the wand.

The Wand of Frosting works in a similar way to the Wand of Sparking. It fires a projectile in low parabolic arc which travels for sixteen tiles (squares) before petering out. Although it doesn’t knock out an enemy, it gives the user a 50% chance of inflicting a Frostburn debuff. It is a great weapon to match up with the Wand of Sparkling because it is also potentially more powerful.
